COVID-19 PCR Testing

  1. Visit www.rxcovidtest.com and register for an account
  2. Follow the registration instructions
  3. If approved, visit us at one of our facilities to complete the test
  4. Once you arrive at the pharmacy parking lot, please stay in your vehicle
  5. Call the pharmacy at and let a pharmacy staff member know you are here to complete a COVID-19 test
  6. Someone will take your information and help you complete the test
